Our shipping rates are calculated and are not always accurate based on the varying weight and sizes of products. If shipping cost seems inaccurate we are happy to take orders over the phone where we can provide an accurate price. We are also happy to refund the difference of any shipping paid through checkout of an online order and the actual cost. We are a bike shop, not an online warehouse. Bicycles purchased on our internet store have likely been built and displayed on our showroom floor. They may or may not arrive in the original packaging from the manufacturer depending on whether or not they've been built and displayed. Regardless, They will arrive packaged professionally in the new or used condition that they have been advertised with all new stock parts, unless otherwise communicated.
