Rentals and demos require a signed & completed waiver at time of pickup, a credit card to be kept on file, and a drivers license to be kept on file. Every bicycle rented requires a completed waiver regardless of how many in a single group.
If you have a request to see the waiver prior to booking please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and place "Rental Waiver Request" in the subject line.
What Do Rentals Include?
All rentals come with a helmet, lock, and have a water bottle cage. Rentals do not include any tools, spare tubes, water bottles, riding shoes/apparel, or pumps. If you desire to be self-sufficient and prepared for anything then please bring the appropriate items or we can help get you set up with those items at the shop for an appropriate price.
Rentals do not include any transportation or shuttles. It is the responsibility of the renter to coordinate safe and capable transportation.
Damaged, Stolen, and/or Unreturned Bikes
Any bikes returned with damage beyond "normal wear and tear" will be assessed and charged accordingly.
Stolen bikes are the responsibility of the renter and will be charged accordingly.
Unreturned bikes are the responsibility of the renter and will be charged accordingly.
Reserved rentals are non-refundable.
If you are unsure of your visit/schedule then you can try to rent day of if there are bikes available.
