Our shipping rates are calculated and are not always accurate based on the varying weight and sizes of products. We are a bike shop, not an online warehouse. Bicycles purchased on our internet store have likely been built and displayed on our showroom floor. They may or may not arrive in the original packaging from the manufacturer depending on whether or not they've been built and displayed. Regardless, They will arrive packaged professionally in the new or used condition that they have been advertised with all new stock parts, unless otherwise communicated.
