We are also happy to refund the difference of any shipping paid through checkout of an online order and the actual cost. Additionally, any bikes that need to be disassembled and packaged for shipment will incur a packaging charge of $65. *Canceled orders will result in a 5% restocking fee.

Internet Purchases

We are a bike shop, not an online warehouse. Bicycles purchased on our internet store have likely been built and displayed on our showroom floor. They may or may not arrive in the original packaging from the manufacturer depending on whether or not they've been built and displayed. Regardless, They will arrive packaged professionally in the new or used condition that they have been advertised with all new stock parts, unless otherwise communicated. Return Policy

1. All returns must be in like new condition in original, undamaged, packaging with all associated tags, instructions, and accessories.

2. Returns within 14 days are eligible for a full refund, less credit card processing fees if they conform to number 1. If the item is on sale or on closeout at the date of return, the customer will receive the current sale price as a refund or full price as store credit.

3. Returns made after 14 days within 60 days are eligible for store credit if they conform to number 1.

4. Bootlegger Bikes reserves the right to refuse returns after 60 days from purchase date.

5. All bikes purchased at discount/closeout pricing > All Sales Final, no canceled orders/returns/exchanges.
